Operation Types

The Operation Types section allows you to manage the operation types used in warehouse management within the Operations module.

Each operation type is associated with an operation group and allows you to define the information that will be managed during the operational process.

Operation Types List

The list displays the registered operation types and their main information.

You can switch between All and Archived records.

Name

Identifies the operation type within the system.

Type

Indicates the classification assigned to the operation type.

Group

Indicates the associated operation group.

Warehouse

Indicates the warehouse associated with the operation group.

Available Actions

Search

Allows you to locate operation types within the list.

Group By

Allows you to organize records according to the available criteria.

Create Operation Type

Allows you to register a new operation type.

Edit

Allows you to modify the configuration of an existing operation type.

Delete

Allows you to delete a registered operation type.

Create Operation Type

The Create Operation Type option allows you to register a new type and define its configuration.

General Information

Operation Type (Name)

Allows you to enter the name used to identify the operation type.

Operation Group

Allows you to select the operation group with which the type will be associated.

Operation Type (Classification)

Allows you to select the classification corresponding to the operation type.

Sequence Prefix

Defines the prefix used for the sequence associated with the operation type.

The Operation Type (Name), Operation Group, Operation Type (Classification), and Sequence Prefix fields are required.

Information

The Information section allows you to define the additional data that will be managed during operations of this type.

Manage Consignee

Allows you to enable the management of consignee information.

Manage Arrival Information

Allows you to enable the management of information related to arrival.

Manage Dispatch Information

Allows you to enable the management of information related to dispatch.

Actions

Create

Saves the operation type and completes the creation process.

Create and Create Another

Saves the current record and starts the creation of a new one.

Cancel

Closes the form without creating the record.

Complete the Configuration

Once created, the operation type becomes available in the main list for viewing and management.
